I loved the interview. Some remarks: - It’s unrealistic to be happy all the time. If you’re happy all the time then you won’t know the value when you’re not. - I loved that she has this purpose to help others. As a fellow high sensitive person that makes me the happiest. Also her little tips are definitely welcome! - last but not least: the fact that she has a lot of resources yet still struggles (mental health) is a good reminder that money and power can’t guarantee peace of mind. In that sense life is fair cause everyone has their struggles. Also good reminder that this world is only a temporary place.

THIS. I have watched numerous Interviews, but this with Kendall has by far been one of my top three favorite!! I love the on purpose interviews and how captivating and educating and down to earth they all feel. Kendall has his energy that is so real and so relatable that I just want to be her best friend. Thank you so much for this!

20:06 this is something she's rarely spoken about and I'm glad she did. Not being able to say no because you feel obligated to appreciate the opportunities ends up giving you burn out. It makes you irritable, depressed, anxious and unhappy. Its one of the major reasons why I hate the hustle culture, a well balance in work and life is essential for healthy living.

This is the 10th time I'm watching this video. Whenever I feel down, I watch this video like I can't get over from this. It's truly amazing that a super model being more genuine about their real life struggles and have the courage to tell it to public. Thank you Jay for conducting these kind of programs Thank you Kendall for being honest through out the convo. You're such a role model.

What a revealing interview. As a horse lover I have always believed that you can see someone's true heart in the way that they relate to animals. Kendall's heart seems pure and caring. I am also a Scorpio and spend quite a lot of time by myself reflecting on my life now that I am 70. Stripping away the celebrity it becomes apparent how much all of us are more alike than different.

This interview made me realize that I haven’t really heard kendall talk since her teenage years. This was a very insightful conversation to watch.

I really love it when we hear real conversations with Kendall not many celebrities delve deep enough into their struggles with anxiety and how to overcome it

I don’t know why so many hate on her, especially without knowing her personally! I think she’s such a warm human with very down to earth qualities for someone of that status. I’d love to be friends with her. Big love for Kenny ❤

What really stuck out to me is the part about creating a singular view on people based off what we see online or seeing someone once out at an event. It happens so often and is a great reminder to stop judging people you don't actually know. We are so used to criticizing ourselves that its so easy to do it to others. Also, living in the perception of what "I think you think I am". Something I try to work on daily is not needing validation and just trusting and believing in myself and this video was a good reminder. Loved this talk

I learned a lot from listening to this conversation. I tend to have a similar type of personality as Kendall, I get overwhelmed or I try to control and overthink situations. She helped me realize that I need to prioritize myself, and my self-care, and to know myself in a way that I can be happy and fulfilled on my own in that way I can present better to the world, living at peace, and love others better.

yes when you attain the success she has you can start prioritizing , before that most of the people dont have choice as there have bills to pay or handle things. Happiness is just 1 emotion amoung many others.... just a drunk talk dont mind

I chose this morning to wake up and listen to this first. The interview put me in my positive high vibe motion. I love hearing how ppl of such high social status are willing to be vulnerable and share their insecurities and struggles of life and they are no different than ours. Your words spoke love & power! Thanks for sharing. Great interview!! ❤

such a beautiful dialogue, what stood out for me was her pure connection to animals and nature, you can tell she is in love with her horse finds peace with her. sentence ab us being depended on other's perception of ourselves really hit me. overall amazing interview, made me take some notes and take an example from Kendall and be more determined to reach my goals. thank you for this experience guys!

It is so comforting seeing celebrities like Kendall have the space to be a human being and not just a toy for society to use. Giving the space for humans to be themselves with their own thoughts, emotions and experiences. It is so beautiful connecting with each other on the everyday struggles even when our lives can feel so apart. Thank you Jay and Kendall for creating this space and conversation!

After listen to this Podcast, I’m not gonna lie it change my look on Kendall & it makes me look up to a person like her. I am struggling on self love & currently working on it day by day. The part that stuck out to me the most was when she talked about the TikTok tread. When I listen to her talk about it , I cried with emotion. I just think about how younger me desires a lot of positive words and encouragement as much as everyone else in this world. I just LOVED this podcast episode. Definitely going to keep listening! @KendallJenner @JayShetty

I have never watched Jays content till recently and I loved this interview. I am a huge Michael singer fan too. Kendall and Jay you did a beautiful job humanizing Ms. Jenner who is often dehumanized and I believe people forget is also having a human experience and deserves far more compassion (that we all need) in my opinion. I think her self work is spot on for the environment and life she lives, it’s deeply important for her to see herself as a girl who deserves love and compassion and isn’t what the public speculates or social media suggests. While in my experience I have found solace in knowing I probably won’t be happy all the time, I like that she is always trying to get back to happy, which is a hopeful and necessary goal in this life. I believe we are fooling ourselves to not admit that fact. I thoroughly enjoyed this. Far more than I expected I’ll admit. I related to Kendall in a way I never have and for that reason I thought this was a worthy comment. I rarely find commenting necessary but today I do. 💕

I always knew there was more to Kendall than all the negative internet comments. She is misrepresented and misunderstood and harshly judged unfairly and it's so nice to see her be vulnerable and open up about who she truly is and what she values. I loved when she talked about her 'higher goddess' because I'm at the point of my life where I feel the most bliss and purpose when I'm alone and connect with my higher self to reflect outwardly what I know I am on the inside and guided by love and light. Thank you Jay and Kendall for this!

I have really noticed that she changed a lot, she became happier, you can see that glow in her eyes. To be honest I used to think that she is free from anxiety or stress because she is gorgeous, wealthy and successful. And people like her also have their own struggles like stress or overthinking, and its okay to be like this. The most important part is she works on her weak side that brings her unpleasant emotions like setting her boundaries. I have learned a lot about her and myself because I was so confused.

I love how Kendall was able to express how spending valuable time with yourself can really leave a big impact on you. I feel like that's one thing I take for granted is not spending time with myself and always depending on being the happiest when I'm with other people.

This segment really resonated with me this year. Taking things down a notch and focusing on your wellbeing is fundamental in redefining your purpose and stop running around like a clock. It gives a sense of peace and being content which I don’t believe any amount of money can give.

I just love this energy. It's really therapeutic to see Kendall learning and growing. Maybe because we are both women and about the same age ... I felt that she understood me. Every topic you discussed was SO personal and relevant to me. I'm working on the same things about stress and setting boundaries. Healing your inner child, loving yourself, trusting the universe, connecting with your goddess. I feel better after watching this podcast. Thank you Jay and Kendall ❤️

The "losing dear friend" part was so right and hurtful specially when it reminds you of people you lost are so close and not able to tell them how they really meant to you and how much you loved them so much.. what it hurts when people start to tell you how they were great and they were effected by them and you think like "wow I wish they were here to hear this" Thank you for hosting kendall I'm really happy to see this side of her personality

What connected me with Kendall is the fact that she strives to be better. I’m constantly thinking about what I can do to become a better version of myself. Also when she mentioned about her “little self” and using a picture to talk more kindly to herself. That’s definitely been on my mind so I’m going to finally do the same and search for a photo of little me. Thank you Jay for this BEAUTIFUL episode. I truly enjoyed it very much. Her talk on anxiety is way wayyyy more important to me than any psychiatrist who doesn't know what anxiety actually feels like. If you are someone who been through hard times and figured our a way on your own, you know what can fix it, your words are way more useful than any statistics in world of psychology
