Today, I sit down with the one and only Kendall Jenner. Kendall is a successful business founder, international supermodel, founder of the incredibly successful tequila brand, 818, and star on the Hulu’s, the Kardashians, which premieres in second season on September 22nd.
Kendal shows us a different side of her as she shares how her curiosity for people with brilliant minds and doing so much to give back to the world has eventually led to this interview. Behind the glamor and spotlight, she especially enjoys having some time alone with herself, and she values the importance of setting boundaries and why we should do things that lead to genuine happiness. We talk about her childhood and her love for animals, how the simple things give her the most joys, getting through grief after losing a dear friend, and finding the heart to be more kind to your inner child.
Kendall remains grounded and in tune with her inner goddess and not letting negativity and ill intentions change who she is, who she may become, and the purpose she is living by.
What We Discuss:
00:00:00 Intro
00:00:26 “I think I manifested this interview…”
00:09:53 “I grew up in a horse community.”
00:15:42 Craving the simple things
00:18:51 Setting boundaries for yourself
00:21:46 Putting yourself first
00:27:15 It’s important to be happy
00:28:51 Reassuring yourself of who you really are
00:33:06 Sometimes, family can be overwhelming
00:35:54 Losing a dear friend
00:40:53 Finding a new purpose
00:45:38 Stop being mean to your inner child
00:50:24 Kendall on Final Five

I loved the interview. Some remarks: - It’s unrealistic to be happy all the time. If you’re happy all the time then you won’t know the value when you’re not. - I loved that she has this purpose to help others. As a fellow high sensitive person that makes me the happiest. Also her little tips are definitely welcome! - last but not least: the fact that she has a lot of resources yet still struggles (mental health) is a good reminder that money and power can’t guarantee peace of mind. In that sense life is fair cause everyone has their struggles. Also good reminder that this world is only a temporary place.

What I realized from this episode is that what I’m feeling right now, the pressures, the negative emotions, the what to do next, am I enough, always saying yes when you needed to say no, how to be still and be you despite of all the noises outside and finding/going back to the small things that makes me happy. All of those is not just for me but for everybody, that we all experience and struggle to get through all of that different emotions. And by that I’m grateful for people like you Jay and Kendall for what you do, for serving your purpose and helping us go through by your guidance and hopefully by faith and action we may find our purpose as well. What was helpful to me & what I also resonated with was the 'setting boundaries chapter' & 'putting yourself first' in which Kendall talked how she choose to be reclusive & focus on her self, & to no longer be sort of pushed around by other people, as it is what benefited them. In order to become a better person from herself & others around her. And this really resonated with me, because my family push me to do things that are self-sabotaging to me & them, because they think that is for the best, alas it is just chaos, stress & harm, & what I need to do is focus on improving my health & learning, rather than constantly putting my life at risk.

honestly as I'm reflecting back on this interview, I think one of the most valuable asset of it, was just seeing Kendall being so ok with who she is, not trying to make herself seem better in any way, just sharing who she is and accepting that. And what was nice to see too, was the response, in a way, that, it is enough. That she is lovable and valuable in itself, as she is. Not needing to be more or something other. She showed her humanity which not so many people are willing to do. We're hiding sometimes, afraid to show our true selves.

I have never watched Jays content till recently and I loved this interview. I am a huge Michael singer fan too. Kendall and Jay you did a beautiful job humanizing Ms. Jenner who is often dehumanized and I believe people forget is also having a human experience and deserves far more compassion (that we all need) in my opinion. I think her self work is spot on for the environment and life she lives, it’s deeply important for her to see herself as a girl who deserves love and compassion and isn’t what the public speculates or social media suggests. While in my experience I have found solace in knowing I probably won’t be happy all the time, I like that she is always trying to get back to happy, which is a hopeful and necessary goal in this life. I believe we are fooling ourselves to not admit that fact. I thoroughly enjoyed this. Far more than I expected I’ll admit. I related to Kendall in a way I never have and for that reason I thought this was a worthy comment. I rarely find commenting necessary but today I do. 💕

What really stuck out to me is the part about creating a singular view on people based off what we see online or seeing someone once out at an event. It happens so often and is a great reminder to stop judging people you don't actually know. We are so used to criticizing ourselves that its so easy to do it to others. Also, living in the perception of what "I think you think I am". Something I try to work on daily is not needing validation and just trusting and believing in myself and this video was a good reminder. Loved this talk

I have really noticed that she changed a lot, she became happier, you can see that glow in her eyes. To be honest I used to think that she is free from anxiety or stress because she is gorgeous, wealthy and successful. And people like her also have their own struggles like stress or overthinking, and its okay to be like this. The most important part is she works on her weak side that brings her unpleasant emotions like setting her boundaries. I have learned a lot about her and myself because I was so confused.

Kendall seems incredibly humble and willing and EAGER to learn. I can see so clearly how deeply she listens because she knows that she is receiving wisdom, and she wants to implement it into her life to be the best version of herself that she can be in this current physical expression. I also think it's so endearing how her inner child shines so radiantly through; I can see when she is talking about her own experiences that she doesn't seek for validation or justification, she just adds the segments that ring true to her and her life, to almost give evidence for the topic of conversation or what Jay is saying, perhaps because that enables her to implement these tools of Spirituality into her life that way, also
