Your face at the end said so many unspoken things. I could see a million thoughts running through your brain. Disappointment, frustration, fatigue, worry, but i also saw a spark of that grit that you passed on to your little girl. The pull yourselves up by your bootstraps and figure out a way to deal with it kind of mentality. I don't want you all to have to deal with any of this, but I 100% know that you can and will. The more I watch of you, the more I realize she is as tough as nails and I know exactly where that came from.❤

I saw that too! What a role model this father/entire family are for childhood cancer patients. I’ve worked on pediatric oncology floors & this family is the ultimate mentor on how to tackle the nonstop curveballs this dreaded disease throws at you. 💕

Pretty sure mom is just as involved, she just doesn’t like to be filmed. I agree, she does also have a wonderful dad who is very involved. It might be easier for him to take her her in so mom can stay with the littlest one who is still in diapers. This family all seem to work together.

This reminds me of Juliana Carver’s family dynamics. The dad did pretty much all the videos for the family and most of the talking. The Mother and the other kids didn’t really want to be on camera. The Mother would sometimes be on camera when the dad was in the hospital room but her focus was pretty much on just taking care and being there for Juliana. When your child is sick it takes both a mother and a father plus a team of doctors and nurses to get through everything. I’m sure it’s hard also to decide if you’d even want to film your child going through something like this. I think that’s what was going on with the Carver family. I truly hope the Brodie family, Mother, Father are daughter are all on board with this. I’m hoping they are because this little girl’s journey, like Juliana’s can help many child cancer families.
