Unnecessary Nerf Ideas: Reinhardt charges backwards. Reinhardt forgot his shield at home so he took brig's - Smaller shield size Orisa starts flying upwards during her Ult. Orisa starts burning when her gun overheats. Doomfist evolves only through conflict - he can melee his teammates and only gains Ultcharge this way. He gains more, if his target dies 5 seconds after he damages them. Lucio does a huge jump before he uses his Ult. All enemy's get Aimbot on Cassidy during his Ult. Cassidy takes damage every time he rolls. Widowmaker gets stunned from damage, due to her low heart rate causing her to faint.

A bit late, but a nerf for echo would be that she's not ready to learn, so her duplicate is literally a worse version of the hero she's duplicating. Duplicate lasts for 10 sec, and the ult multiplier is 3x instead of like the 5.5x it is now. Finally for echo, after duplicate, she says "Good to be back", and explodes.
