It's not food,it's insect.It's not fish,fish looks like this-🐠🐟,there is another different-shrimp-🦐🍤,it can be eat as fish.It's not meat-meat are of from this-Cow:-beef 🍖,Goat-:mutton,Sheep,Hen-Chicken🍗,Duck, Peagon and such of-good/gentle animals and birds.Though:-crab🦀-as sea-food people eats;it is wrong-just insect;not food,there is also another:- octopus🐙🦑-it's also insect,not food.

Its a long process cooking but not a proper menu... Waste of time.. Crab is already a very difficult one for eating.. We clean the crab before cooking so that the water inside will not waste but they waste all the juicy water while eating.. Pls see some Indian spicy menu with crab.. Its a medicine for cold and cough with pepper..

I love your cooking but you did not clean the stomach of the crab. The dirt in the stomach got mixed with the flesh that's y the meat is black. You cooked the poop of the crab. More over you boiled it twice. Clean it properly including the stomach and boil just once.
