I grew up on a farm and there is nothing more tasty than fresh cheese & butter. This kind of cheese tastes the best before adding salt to it and fresh butter with a hint of salt is just a delight. It's very hard work though, the women in my family would spend an entire day just milking the cows and processing the milk.
