Nemesis & the Sniper Family fit really well. Its like the 2nd classic RE movie where the cocky STARS Sniper was shooting at Nemesis before getting blown up by his Rocket Launcher. Nemesis may only hunt STARS Members but that won't stop him from killing those who get in his way.

Only thing I did annoy was the fucking soldiers shooting you very aggressively quickly and in pacts which results health drop faster than how you chop. So I think that’s why they added the dodge feature to drop right close to them and can knock them down and kill them eventually with your chainsaw or machete my fav. Love the feature can go behind them and suplex them or throw them around and instantly die. DRDR yo is insane 😂

It is semi open world, there is a 72 hour time limit for the story tho (each day is about 2 hours). You'll most likely not be able to do everything on your first playthrough so I'd say yes, it has good replayability. If you ever miss a main story mission, you can always start a new game at your current level or you can just keep playing and explore the mall until the end of the 3rd day.
