Look ladies whether you agree with his requirements or not, at the end of the day he’s a high earning man. He’s a locomotive engineer and has been in his profession for 16 years. That’s already a guaranteed 6 figure salary. With that being said he makes the money to be able to request what he’s asking for from women. Honestly he’s not asking for much. He is simply requiring a woman to be submissive, feminine, naturally beautiful, modest, available and to not have given her womb to another man. Mind you he doesn’t require for her to make a specific amount of money because he is prepared to take care of her should she meet his requirements. He’s in the top percentile of men so why would he settle for less than what he’s worked for.

Biggie Smalls knew he was unattractive (per his words / R.I.P. however) but he knew it didn’t matter because he would still obtain woman based on his net-worth….The point I was trying to make is men are willing to go down in looks/physical appearance if that means he will instead get a submissive, cooperative, feminine woman. I think I have an unpopular opinion on this man. I like him. That being said I'm married. My husband is very masculine, phenomenal provider, he thoroughly believes in gender roles. I am a stay-at-home wife my job is to cook clean and make sure he is happy. Prior to getting with him I worked 6 months out of the year and traveled for the remainder. I'm never been more happy. My life is simple, stable, and traditional.

The threat is, one wrong move, or one small NO and he will get mad and want to find another woman who will do what he say. It's not a stable life, it's a life of keeping your fingers crossed because you could be homeless, you would have no job history, no extra education.... A housewife is like being confined for life, locked in the house no friends or family visits, while your husband only is free to leave the house. That's what men want a HOUSE wife not just a wife. I’m a woman, and in my opinion there was nothing wrong with what that gentleman was asking for. He was clear with his wants. Wanting someone who’s in their early 20’s who “can’t outthink” him and “can’t survive on their own” is the only red flag. As a 20 year old who had very sheltered, strict parents, I’ve experienced being preyed upon by older men and in retrospect it’s very inappropriate. I think a preference for younger women is fine and normal, but if I was in high school 3 years ago then you best gone somewhere and date an ACTUAL adult who is at least 23. Them little 2-3 years of actual adult life experience make a huge difference. Most 20 year olds still live with their parents. I’m about to be 21, lived on my own for about a year and a half now since I left home for college. I’m just now starting to see myself as an autonomous adult. I’m just now getting used to not having a curfew and being able to do whatever I want without having to ask for permission. I’m a high earner, and when I was 30, I met a 19-year-old woman who knocked me off my feet. One year and two days later, I put a ring on her finger. 18 months later, she was my wife. In September this year, it will be 20 years of blissful marriage. We have two sons, 13 and 10. Michael is on the right track. A 19 year old and a 30 year old is predatory. If there is a large age gap and at least one of the people in the relationship isn’t a fully developed adult that is called GROOMING. People are still kids at the age of 19 and 30 is fully grown, so it’s disgusting that grown people would even be in the same spaces with teenagers. Thats ridiculous to say that a woman won’t be smarter than him. Everyone has their own area that they’re highly intelligent in. I’m in the medical field and he would absolutely not know what to do if a patient is coming to the ER in cardiac arrest. Likewise if he’s in IT, he would definitely be smarter than me in that field.
