Also, what type of legal counsel did he have? Even a court-appointed lawyer would've pushed for that day's surveillance, at least, to be checked by the police detectives. What was the basis for his detainment? Was he already a criminal? Violated probation? Questions keep popping up, so I won't go on. Your scenario, prima facie, looks like a serious injustice & I'm surprised he didn't sue her as well. If not for anything, but that it should be on her record. He may not be the last one! As for this guy here; He had daylight on his side, human & surveillance witnesses, a separate room, etc. He was sensible, disciplined & kept his hands clean throughout. This man is one of the most decent men to appear on Kendra's show, if I had a sister or a single friend looking for a man and I had a friend like him I'd try and introduce them. His family or whoever raised him should be very proud. I loved how he made sure she got home safely but then ceased contact with her. Being respectful to a man or woman doesn't mean allowing yourself to be a doormat and this is something I say to young women too. The woman seems in denial about how far her drink problem has got, I watched her video when she told her version and I honestly assumed she doesn't drink and just had a few too many on her trip. . As a woman I tend to think there's no shortage of nice women for men to pick from, now I see the perspective from men that many of them run into the same problems that women do - selfishness, immaturity and irrationality! The fact she left her home without a phone, was already drink, was refusing to just wait at the gate for 45 minutes and didn't want to go on the boat tour but was happy to get drunk on his dime is embarassing.
