So she wants: 1. A "provider," which means, according to her, he pays all the bills and pays for two children that are not his. 2. She wants that man to pay for her kids and guide them, but you can't "discipline" them. According to her her boys are "well behaved." 3. She has expensive taste. Which, in a man's mind, means she will want to spend money on unnecessary BS. (I would love to know how much consumer debt she's responsible for repaying). 4. She wants no other children. So she basically wants a man to just subsidize the lifestyle of "her" and "her children." 5. She wants someone "real" and "genuine And in return for all this, you'll get a "strong" woman who, according to her, still has a nice body. And why would a successful, "intelligent," competitive man want this as a trade off?

Then he has to deal with the blatant disrespect we all know is going to happen because he doesn't make enough and she'll feel like she "settled' with an inferior man. A lot times it’s not even about “quitting” it’s about self preservation especially if the relationship no longer serves you for the better good. Why would I hang on and my partner is not understanding? Let go, sometimes we hang on longer than need be. And that only breaks you down more. Fighting by yourself and you’ve explored every resource, therapy, family help… The only thing left is to give it to God and let go; rest assured He will take care of it.

Long distance relationships can work if two people are willing to commit with one another. In my current relationship, we were long distance for 4 years in the relationship, moved in together in year 5, also proposed 5 months later and have been married for almost 8 years. Relationship take commitment no matter where you live. My relationship is obviously better than women from my past that were in the same city.

Maybe not for a man over 45 who may have already had his kids. Or have kids around the same age as hers (which is prevalent in high earning men who tend to have children later). Most of the high-earning men I know don't have kids until they are in their 30's.

She wants a man who can provide for her and her kids. Dated a man who can provide for her and her kids but claim he works too hard and didn't have time for her lol. You can't win. But this shows that women really don't understand men. Dude more than likely had options and knew he didn't want anything serious with her but just kept her around for as long as he could. This is what you have to deal with when you want to go for a specific kind of man that every woman wants. To make things worse, she didn't want to compete. If he's that desirable, he probably had women asking him about hanging out on vday, while she's sitting there thinking she's special lol.

The imitators create an aura where the hunt seems like the “privilege” to speak and be flirted with by them is the ultimate accomplishment. As long as people continue to get together because of superficial reasons and lust, bad matches will continue to happen. I would suggest anyone reading this is to bring a notebook to your first date and make sure you're making a clear decision. It sounds stupid and will mess up the vibe up at least you won't waste time and/or make kids with people you don't even like. Yes, you can "lust" for someone but not like them at all and for long lasting relationships that "like" factor is "kinda" important.

As a person who grew up with a step dad and a real dad....I can tell u my step dad went way too far with discipline into abuse and my dad was so gentle and I never needed him to discipline me bc I wasn't a bad kid. I wish my mom would have protected me more and set boundaries with the discipline from my step dad. I absolutely agree with her about protecting her kids. Some men don't know how to discipline kids, I believe that should be the moms job or the parent who is more gentle. I've been on that receiving end as a kid who suffered abuse bc mom mom was too scared and submissive and didn't stand up for me. My kids aren't ur punching bag just bc u pay some bills and get the big piece of chicken. Naw we ain't doing that

Thank you for explaining that. Everybody on complaining that they can't deal with woman who won't let you discipline the children. She said she doesn't mind scolding. What she means by that is correcting or reprimanding. I am married to my sons father and he doesn't like to do the whipping. I never told him he can't. He just prefers not to, so I handle the whipping, but it's not the first result of punishment.
