Why do so many men feel like a woman having kids is different than a man?🥴that’s so dumb like if you really think that, you’re just admitting you not around for your kids. A kid may be more likely to live with their mother but you should be pouring just as much of yourself into those kids as she is. Yes the child may live with the mother-it’s more common-BUT he’s still a parent none the less. But if he’s giving his kids the same energy that the mom has to as the one with sole custody, he can’t just get up and go just like the mother cant. If a man is 110% involved in his child’s life like he should be, there’s no room to even say that there’s such a difference between a father and mother. Yes there are the exceptions that social media likes to highlight but normal, healthy people and relationships are not like that. My father is a huge example. My mom worked her butt off and still had to make time for us, and unfortunately to her detriment, did not fail to give us the love and care that any kid deserves. My father on the other hand would come and get us a few days a week. On his assigned days if he was too tired after work he would either be unreachable or say he’s not coming. My mother did not have that luxury. No matter how she felt after a long day at work she still us to take care of every day. It’s unacceptable for men to purposely do less because they think they can.
