Its weird watching this now as I am 23 and I loved watching it when I was 15. I never really thought back then they actually were dating Hef I just thought it was for the show but now I know he always had live in girlfriends like this and they made this show to film these three. I definitely would never had thought they were having sex with him because I thought it was basically all for the show not that the show was just a part of their real lives. I know it may seem like the dream to men to be super successful with three hot babes around you when youre an aged man however I wonder why Hef strides for this image and lifestyle instead of finding a love and mate he really connects with. I believe watching the series that Holly really is in love with him however he is not able to form an emotional connection with a woman so he surrounds himself with them to seemingly fill the need of companionship that is not being met. I also wonder if he has some type of arrested development in that he doesn't really see a different in age between him and women in their 20s because he is still stuck mentally in that time in his life, I know people like this in my real life. I dunno in the end its a really fun show I highly enjoy ALL three of these girls and watching it at 15 didnt make me wanna be aspire to be a stripper or make me wanna be a sugar baby or whatever else my mother thought it would influence me to do when I watched it at 15. not that I PERSONALLY think there is anything wrong with those two things if the people are truly happy but moms will be moms.

Adriana Seabra Well I think they are eating like this because they're on vacation lol. When I went to Europe, I would probably eat one huge meal a day that was WAY over my sedentary tdee, but I ended up losing a few pounds because there is so much walking. (Same thing happens when I go to Vegas.) I've only ever gained weight on vacation when I would do the all inclusive trips that would require little to no traveling outside of the resort. I think that since these ladies careers depended on them maintaining a healthy weight they had a pretty good grasp on calories in versus calories out as well. Another way to prep for a vacation where you'll be eating alot is to start cutting back on calories a few weeks before you go on vacation so that you can eat a little bit extra during your trip & not worry about it :)
