Her name is pronounced like someone said below...Sizzah, like scissor but with the ah at the end instead. The sea of people he was floating across were symbolic of the black slaves that either jumped off the slave ships and killed themselves (Like Eric Kilmonger referenced at the end before his death) and for the ones who were chained together and thrown overboard by the slave trade sailors if provisions were too low for the crew, if they ran into any trouble on the open sea from other ships, had to hide their slaves from enforcing countries that opposed the slave trade. Those are the ancestors guiding him back towards the motherland to seek out his roots. He hits land, and everything is a tribute to the culture, the original first woman, the melanin, the motherland ( Sza's hair was shaped like the continent of Africa). The goddesses that were a part of the religion before the slaves were forced to adapt to westernized life, were forced to give up their deities and language and worship into christianity. The art, including the women wearing it, is reflective creativity in black art. The black panthers he walks with are his spirit guides like T'Challa in the movie had his ancestors as wise spirit guides for him. The clothing and dance styles are relevant to certain countries within africa. Kenrick and team actually thought about the concept carefully. And it's just visually stunning.

I could be wrong, but when it zooms out right at the end and Sza's hair turns into stars, it looks like a lit up map of Africa. Just an observation, not sure if it's intentional or not

He is not floating on a sea of praise. The hands that represent waves or water represent the Africans lost during Middle Passage of the Slave Trade. It is our Ancestors guiding Kendrick safely back to the Mother, Mama Africa. Back home.
