No. A few bars before the fadeout she was saying that she doesn't need doctor's approval and she's feels straight and that she'll never fade away 3 times. Then she started fading away. Her fading away basically insinuates that she died from aids.

Man this on par with STAN are the best songs to ever be created. One thing a lot of people missed about this song is that the brother who called Kendrick got killed the very next day after his brother got killed. Thats crazy!!! And he got killed while leaving a voicemail on Kendricks phone!!!
