YSL Co-Defendant Allegedly Wrote Letters After Murder

The prosecution spoke to the court about two letters YSL co-defendant Shannon Stillwell wrote after the murder of a woman. Stillwell talked to authorities in the incident and allegedly wrote a letter apologizing to the woman's family. He allegedly wrote a second letter recanting everything he said in the first letter and denied knowing anything about the crime.

Young Thug faces nearly a dozen charges, including possession of drugs and weapons, participation in criminal street gang activity, and conspiracy to violate Georgia’s RICO Act. The rapper was arrested in May of 2022 along with 27 other alleged gang members. Many of those defendants have taken plea deals in the case.

The judge is reaching the limits of her patience for the DAs office shenanigans, incompetence, lack of preparation n shady tactics and as much as she doesn't want to grant a mistrial I think she is getting to a point where she is going to. I feel like the DAs office is on thinner ice then any other time

I hope you are right. I am on the side of justice, but there is nothing just about how this case is being handled. This case is a living example as to why folks do not trust the legal system.

Maybe true but she’s part of the culture that upholds nonsense that ppl gets sent away for & in many cases never to be seen again, h/e if they do get out, thousands can’t adapt or have hard times readjusting to society for multiple reasons so they end up back in jail

I don't see them as victims, no angels that's for sure. I'm also meant to see the prosecution as professionals and to expect a fair trial. Unfortunately not the case and it's likely going to result in not guilty.

Its crazy how difficult the judicial process has become in this country. The laws meant to protect people from being falsely accused are way too easily used to protect criminals and serve as loopholes to evade prosecution. It in fact more often benefits criminals then the very few whom are ever wrongly accused and prosecuted falsely.

The stank attitude goes across the board around the country with prosecutors be it coming fm one with more pitch or more base & depth to their tone of voice! It’s part of the reason ppl get railroaded! Many don’t even let the defendants or witnesses (regardless of side witnesses are on) get their statements out w/o cutting them off or twisting their words!

I understand the state is trying to do they’re job. I respect Ms. Love. The issue is this case is politically motivated. They could’ve tried each defendant separately and WON! They all did dirt but this is not a Rico case, point blank period. This starts from the top Ms.Fani Williams, and she’s incompetent. The entire D.A’s office acts just like her full of attitude and malice. Mr. Jeffery Willams should sue the state of Georgia and Ms. Fani Williams in access of 100 million dollars for bringing these ridiculous charges in the height of his career, just think of the 💴 he lost and paid in attorney fees. Regardless of you like him or not just imagine being put in his shoes!

What’s it say about this dead case when these are the pieces of evidence the state fights so hard to hang on to. In a RICO indictment, you would think the state would have some solid stuff that would allow them to let go of all the trivial things and just try the case on its merit.
