People need to remember that Draymond is fairly a young guy (early 30's). He has found popularity due to having a great role for a multi-championship team. He's a deservingly future hall of famer. But sometimes the platform he has established reminds me that he is in fact a young guy with still a lot to learn. Mike Drop Peark. I loved this! I had a conversation about this just two days ago at work. I will say this and will probably get some flak about it. Whenever you try to better yourself as a minority through education or career, all of a sudden, you think you're better than someone. The problem is, regularly, those comments are coming from the same minority friends who you think are your friends. You experience their envy and animosity. As a leader, the biggest issue I have is maintaining discipline amongst my minority people because they don't respect your authority because they think you're on the same level professional wise and they think you're "one" when it comes to the pecking order in employment. It was more about Celtics under performing then Warriors being the better team. You are crazy to believe that the Warriors played like Championship quality team prior to the finals. A lot of people had Boston and they were 2-1 lead. Vegas odd makers had Celtics to begin the series.
