i dont usually comment but you really struck a chord with me, i have a big problem with procrastination and the stress just builds up with deadlines and papers. honestly it just gets worse and worse the more i push it off, even though i know the work is possible. really, just committing myself to a project is the hardest step. constantly during my free time im ignoring the work i should be doing and pretending to enjoy myself while my mind is worrying. if anything, stop looking for motivation to hit, because you wont just suddenly feel inspired and energized to work. instead, take a seat when you know you have time and do what you can. a little start will get your mind thinking even when youre away from your work. in the long term, discipline will always beat motivation. love the content ken, and best of luck to anyone reading this ❤ oiled up neighbor stream when?
