Senator Kennedy Have you considered uniform state sales tax and eliminating real estate tax. School districts own cemtral appraisal districts, they are what drives up property tax and creates hyper real estate . Visible budgets would occur if a uniform sales tax were in place. Middle income Mom and Pop businesses would actually have the means to thrive again increasing the financial health of it's citizens again and gdp ❤

We should get rid of property taxes. And this is how if you own your own home and you live it at home you should not have to pay property tax. But if you own more than one home then you have to pay property tax on the other home. But you're on personal loan you should not have to pay taxes on no property tax at all. That would help out a lot of hormones that are middle class and poor. But if they are rental homes they should have to pay property tax plus taxes on the rent than they collect.
