Country Music (especially 90s Country) tells it like it is and if there’s any emotion that you’re dealing with, this genre will bottle those feelings up and make music that will hopefully help you. My favorite songs from Kenny Chesney are That’s Why I’m Here; The Tin Man; All I Need to Know; Grandpa Told Me So; You Win, I Win, We Lose; There Goes My Life; While He Still Knows Who I Am; Me and You; Who You’d Be Today; Don't Blink, A Chance; Fall in Love; and Every Other Weekend (duet with Reba McEntire).

I've seen him twice in concert. Once at FedEx Field in 2004/2005. And once at Paradise Island in the Bahamas. He puts on a great show. But best show I've ever went to was Kid Rock.

TY ya'll! My ex-husband was an addict and a drinker...he refused to go get help until I FINALLY walked away. He lost his kids and wife because of addiction. Sadly, he never got clean and died young at 49. This song is mine and my kids favorite song about getting clean and doing the right thing!!❤😢

My mother played this for my dad at one point in their marriage. His only comment after listening to it was, "What's wrong with one more beer?" He has never thought he had a problem. Even went to rehab once because my mom required it for her to stay married to him. It didn't do any good because he never thought it was a problem. There were other issues, but they finally divorced several years after the rehab stint.

@@ashleywatts6235SO dang sad!! Very sorry for ya'll. Mine knew he had a problem. He just thought he could quit when HE wanted to. Losing his kids and wife was not enough to wake him up!! 😢❤

My dad thought that because he didn't need it when he woke up in the morning, that meant he was an alcoholic. He has just about quit now, but that is because he has gotten older, and the party scene isn't for him anymore. At his worst, he could drink 30 beers or more in a day and still function. I would call that an alcoholic. A highly functioning one bit one all the same.

I researched new Zealand and iceland. I would love to live in either country. Mainly for the scenery of nature. Its absolutely beautiful. Fun fact: iceland has the cleanest water in the world. The only downside of iceland is alot of volcanoes.

So you're thinking of James Taylor, great song in its own right, but different. This one was recorded in 1997, and released in 1998.

You are correct Brendan. I had the date wrong. My sons were born in 87 and 89 and this song reminded them of their Dad. 😢❤
