I attended a concert a few years ago at The King Center, Melbourne Florida. Kenny and the band had the place rocking. After the show, my wife and I got to sit a with them while they signed autographs. You could not have asked for a more down home bunch of guys. The King Center made an announcement that Kenny would only signed autographs for Items purchased for the concert. Kenny made his own announcement that he would sign anything that his fans, who paid to see him wanted. The concert was awesome and yes Vail Johnson went on a 5 or 6 minutes solo while engaging with each member of the band. Just simply one of the best concert I have ever witnessed. Thank for posting this video.

Say what you will about Kenny G, when Bruce Carter was alive, his groove was a real influence on me and I listened to Kenny G Live more than I care to admit, poor intonation on sax and bass didn’t deter me. This groove absolutely sucks. Absolutely nothing funky happening here. Yikes!
