This will end up being one of the best things to ever happen to AEW. I'm sure they were looking forward to the match last night but what they got instead was still a great match last night and now a beautiful set up for a lengthy feud between two or their top guys without having to put a belt on them yet. Kenny just spit out the best promo of his entire career at a very crucial time in AEW's development because of this injury. It's like AEW can't make a wrong move right now. Even unfortunate injuries are turning up smelling like roses for them.

Omega is totally justified here, but he presents it in a heelish way. Yes, Mox was irresponsible, but his injury was also out of his control. This allows both wrestlers to have their own supporters, while also giving reasons to be against the opponent. This is pretty much #TeamCaptainAmerica vs #TeamIronMan, and it’s BRILLIANT.
