I’m amazed that there are no shoulder harnesses on that roller coaster 🎢. Riders go upside down 9 times.

It's safe. OTS (over-the-shoulder) restraints are sort of an extra mechanism to prevent passengers from thinking it is unsafe and dangerous, and those are slowly being phased out. Companies like Vekoma and B&M are transitioning to vest restraints, which are much more comfy, while others are now just using lap bars like Mack Rides, Intamin, and S&S, as seen in this video.
