Thanks for uploading this, there’s not enough easily digestible information on this kind of build.

Kenny, I really enjoyed the previous ship in a a bottle build so I am sure this one will be no exception. It is really interesting to see the techniques used to get the entire setup through the neck and setup inside the bottle. Looking forward to the rest of the build.

I hope that it doesn't disappoint Paul. I was really torn as to whether or not to film and upload this one as it's already been done on the show. I hope you enjoy the rest of the series.

Well I hope you enjoy the series Barry. It isn't as in depth as the first series I posted but it will definitely cover the important parts. Thanks for tuning in to the show. I look forward to your future comments on the series.

It is easy to see that this is going to be a great series to watch. Your scroll saw skills on such tiny pieces are amazing to me. Enjoyed! Take care!

Cool video Kenny! Can’t wait for the 2nd part. In the mean time, I guess I can go watch the previous ship in a bottle video. I am thinking of applying the same techniques to a slightly bigger (7 inch long ship).

The ship in the original video was much larger and the first series was much more in-depth than this one will be. I hope you enjoy both of the ship in a bottle series. It's a very cool and very fun project and the ship can be as detailed or as simple as you wish. Thanks for tuning in and for taking the time to leave the kind words. It's truly appreciated.

Great video, I just wanted to add that if anyone wanted to know where to acquire the pin Vice. It can be found at welding supply shop. They are used to clean gas torches tips. And the drill bits come with it.😁🛫

@@acutabove_woodworkings I am looking forward to the rest of build I may want to take on this stress free project on 🤣 do you know where I can find bottles in two pieces?🤣🛫
@acutabove_woodworkings
@acutabove_woodworkings 3 жыл бұрын
@@TheFalconJetDriver You can just purchase a one piece bottle and drop it on a solid surface. I can't promise the "two" pieces but it will definitely be in pieces. LOL.

If it's worth doing, it's worth doing twice. Besides, this one is just a little different in several techniques. I hope you enjoy the series.

Congratulations on cutting so close to the side, unfortunately my hands shake too much for me to be able to do that

There are more ways than one to get the same look John. I am assuming that you are referring to cutting the gunnels to form the deck of the ship. You can always eliminate them completely, or you can add them by cutting the deck out of another piece of material, gluing it on the ship and then sanding off the excess. Where there's a will, there's a way. I hope you enjoy the series sir. Thanks for tuning in.

I hope you enjoy the new techniques Randy. Unless I do something COMPLETELY different, this will most likely be the last ship in a bottle series on the show so I hope it's something that you like. Thanks for tuning in and for taking the time to leave the kind words.

I'll leave a suggestion, if I may: Make the video Without the explanatory comments. This makes the video more dynamic. Then you can make a second video tutorial, explaining the step by step, showing the details of each piece

@@DanLomonaco It's sometimes hard to understand the sentiment of written text over the internet. I do understand that I speak a lot during my show but that is just the way that I teach. I'm glad that you meant it as constructive criticism and I apologize if I seemed a little defensive. No harm done. I hope you can enjoy the rest of the series. Thanks for the kind words on the project.
