This is Noah's Ark at Kennywood Park in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Noah's Ark was built in 1936, the same year as the worst flood in Pittsburgh's history. Noah's Ark was completely rebuilt in 1996 at a cost of over $1,000,000. There is only one other surviving example of a Noah's Ark, located at Blackpool Pleasure Beach in England. The Blackpool Noah's Ark is still standing but closed to the public in 2008 and is no longer operating.
Video taken on August 21, 2014 and features Noah's One Hit Wonder - "Noah Is My Name!"
Noah is my name
And this ark is my claim to fame
Through forty days and forty nights
I've kept it afloat and watertight
And you will see my family
And a zoo that lives in harmony!
Noah is my name
And this ark is my claim to fame
Giraffes and snakes, all over the place
And birds of every kind
There's tigers and pigs, and rabbits and bears
Something living everywhere!
But don't be scared of me
Just come right in and see
Noah is my name
Noah is my name
Noah is my name!
:-D
