I imagine this is what Spider-Man feels like when he swings from building to building. Rode it for the first time yesterday. It's a great ride, and at the peak the weightlessness is awesome. The wait for it was fairly modest (only about 30 minutes) and it was on a Saturday.

I went on this ride as my teenage son went off on his own in the park a few years ago. I came off the Black Widow disturbed. Like the feeling you have when you wake up from a bad dream and wonder if it really happened. I see kids ride this thing years younger than my son and they shake it off as if it's no big deal. I was terrified by this ride and I'm 45.

I rode this today for the first time. I'm not going to lie. This thing is thrilling! It is very, very high. I normally don't do swinging things, but I found that the beginning of the ride was worse than when you actually got up in the air. The quick back and forth in the beginning made me close my eyes, but once we were up in the air it was amazing!!! The view of river is awesome. I highly recommend this one.

I love how it goes almost as high as the phantom does! The view is amazing if you take time to look (thats if you face downward on the peaks, it seems like this view faces up most of the time)

It seems like those area of seats face upwards a lot on the peaks, I think that'd be interesting to try out different seats and positions to see if certain seating arrangements affect the experience.

This is the scariest ride I have ever been on. The video does not really capture the terror. It swings you several hundred feet in the air, you are nearly upside down, the only thing keeping you from falling to your death is a plastic harness over your shoulders. I was screaming like a little girl. I love rides, especially coasters. Not this sadistic contraption. This is the first time I ever felt nauseous on a ride. My palms are sweating just watching this video. I think it causes PTSD. I have developed an urge to become homeless and drink cheap scotch with Vietnam war vets.

C. David Graves I've rode it multiple times, and it's not plastic that holds you in, it's steel. Plus, you obviously haven't been on a coaster before, because they go upside down, some higher than that, with the same exact type of harness

the first (and so far only) time i went to kennywood was last year in august, and that was when idlewild was the only park i've been to my whole life, and i was still scared to go on this even though i went on everything else, idk why, but now i rode the claw at hershey and that one is a huss revolution (i think it's huss) and those are very similar to zamperla giant discoveries (which is what this is) so i'm definately going on it next time i go

i went yesterday and waited an hour and a half. during that time, the black widow broke down about 5 times and everyone had to get off and back on. when i finally got on, there was a balancing problem and we had to get off.

It's about 3 minutes long. But the line is always like, an hour! It would be worth it to buy one of those VIP passes that let you cut to the front of the line, they don't cost very much. The only reason I even got to ride it is because I got to skip the line with my dad. (he is handicapped) Lol, the line is crazy long. It'll probably get better when the ride's not as new.

Rode this for the st time a few weeks ago.... I didn't speak for 5 minutes afterwards. LoL - From the ground you're all... "ok, so it goes back n forth, cool" When on it... you realize you are going at speeds up to 80 & do hang there well over the top of the ride. o-0 A+++ will ride again

First, try the cosmic chaos its basically the same thing but on ground and is not as high, if you don't like it then you won't like the black widow.
