Zaraki is unmatched in Strenght by anyone . But brute strenght isin't the only thing that comes in battle , It's a combination of Hakuda (+Hohou) , Kido and Zanjutsu which Yamamoto is a Master of em All . Besides that Phrase was said when Zaraki was still surpressed but even then Yamamoto would stand on top of Him since He's way smarter n way more tactical in battle and would work his way around him + his Zanpakutou is so powerful that it can kill anyone regardless of who you are just in his Shikai Form with Enetsu Jigoku . That's why you never fight Yamamoto Directly . It's why Aizen Had to use Wonderweiss and Yhwach had to use Royd Loyd in order to defeat him . I see no way how Zaraki can defeat Yamamoto .

Actually he won and yachiru explained it remember what she said "ichi cheated I heard him saying zangetsu and I togather" so it's two of them you won kenny. At end of TYBW this make sense yachiru is nozarazhis manifested form at that time kenpachi fight alone but ichigo fought together with zangetsu. Note: CFYOW In hisagis inner world kazeshini said along with him nozarazhi and whitezangetsu are rare and unique.so ichigo combined with zangetsu has tied(unlike his battle with byakuya both of them passed out and ichigo is first to hit ground) with lone zaraki without nozarazhi but zaraki took it as a loss since it was his mistake he hadn't asked his zanpakto its name.
