Hi Ken! Thank you so much for sharing your recipe! I will send it to my sons, to confirm that what they ate as kids was actually really Greek!😄 We are living in Germany, and all their friends used to absolutely love coming to us to eat! Haha 😂 yes indeed. Actually Ken, I have given this some thought. Would I or any other Greek or Greek Cypriot add olives to an every day salad? Well actually no. I add olives to salads maybe once a week if lucky. I bet those Greek grown tomatoes, cucumbers and onions and those peppers too taste really good, unlike the British supermarket bought ones which are pretty watery and unflavored.

Just my opinion - I would turn the eggs - my family like the white of the eggs fully cooked (no jelly like parts). To cook the potatoes with the skin - great - will try later. Happy 15th.

Great video, greater meal. My grocery list is writing itself! And to anyone who has never fried eggs in olive oil, you don't know what you're missing. I haven't fried eggs in butter in decades. (Admittedly, the first olive oil fried egg I had was in Spain, sorry).

I would use Canned Whole tomatoes! They “Actually taste like a Teal Sweet Vine Ripened Tomato!” The kind I grew up with!! Plus.. You hsve some good juice at the bottom!!🙌🙌🍅🧅🥒🫑🥖💓🥰
