Fantastic, Ken. Was curious for an OKRA & pasta dish in a meat sauce. Your's is wonderful! Thanks!

I love Okra but seldom use it. Here in the States it tends to be popular in the Southern States and they have many ways of cooking it. This looks delicious Ken. I will certainly have to give it a try..Thanks for posting this one...Enjoy your time in Greece...as usual..Beautiful country, great food Montreal is full of Greek restaurants with a large Greek population. Hard to get a bad meal in Montreal..and restaurant food is relatively cheap because anything the French think of as a necessity is priced low... lol Here in the Detroit area we have our Greek town with great food and restaurants and Shops that sell the Greek food and Bakery goods plus cooking products for Greek Food...I love Greek food!!!! lol

Are baby okra as mucilaginous as mature okra? I’ve been an okra hater from childhood because of the texture but know they are good for me.
@KensGreekTable2 жыл бұрын
I don’t know about mucila….. but the way you cook them Kirsten makes all the difference. Cooking them less makes them less snotty lol Size has nothing to do with it.
@kirsten077342 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the info, Ken! I should give them another try.
