Lovely tribute at the start of the video Peter. Your videos are never boring. I get great enjoyment from watching them and I'm sure that other people do too. You have a wonderful sense of humour and your roses obviously love their fine dining! Garden is looking great.

Please don't feel you need to whip round in a hurry, your garden is definitely one to linger in and enjoy all the beauty it has to offer and we are so lucky that you share it with us. Your full english comment made me laugh. Great sense of humour and of course a garden full of 'colour'. Wonderful garden, and lovely touch with the poppies, re. D-Day. Good morning Linda, a beautiful one it is too here. I hope it is with you too. I only did quick buzz around as my camera will only do 10 minutes before it stops and this last one was nearly there. But..........a little angel along the road.......well a few miles along the road........is coming to show me how to use my new camera/smart phone.........Give us a J and another J....... and he has kindly offered to show me how to edit etc. etc. I guess he doesn't know what he's taking on. Life's a constant learning curve huh? Thank you for your ever kind comments. It's a pity the 'children' can't make do with a piece of toast. @@peterhaymaker7562 Hi Peter, that little angel will sort it out I have no doubt about that 👍 The weather has been pretty good, well, it's not thrown it down for a few days 🙄 although today is showery and very blustery ! I did manage to get a garden update done it's just uploading, things are finally waking up so I am getting a few good sniffs in now the roses are starting to open 🌹 Rural England is full of buds and so is Blush Noisette, Ghislaine is crammed I think she is going for some record ! haha I hope your weather down there is better than here and you are enjoying your wonderful garden, take care.

@@soulgirlktf Hi Linda and thanks for the message. I haven't looked at your new video yet - a treat for tomorrow. I am looking forward to that. It seems we are certainly ahead of you down here. My Ghislaine has been in flower, and still is, for some time now; never been better. The 2X Rural Englands are still looking a picture. The 2X Blush N's are flowering very well and needing a bit of dead heading just ot keep tidy. All I do with them is take the dead head and pull the petals off and then dead head them properly once that whole head has finished. It looks as though I might be seeing my Guardian Angel later this week. I guess I'll be talking to you again tomorrow. Take care. P.

Hi Ken, I love my Blush Noisettes and I know of a few other well love ones too. I'm not sure who Niko is but I'll try and find out. Thanks for your comments. I've nearly finised your latest, Part 1, video and shall be looking at the Part 2 tomorrow. I think you do a vantastic job with your roses and your videos/ documentaries; really useful for reference. @@peterhaymaker7562 I like the can't go out, so go up London analogy! I don't think I have the work ethic to grow climbers. My roses may have been at their early summer peak this last week - the torrential rains today have really taken their toll - I've been out deadheading exploded or sodden flowers and supporting stems that are keeling over, even on what I usually regard as the sturdily upstanding roses. Thanks for subscribing - I hope you find the videos worthwhile.
