Drumsti He does mention Tommy twice. He calls Tommy but he doesn't want to talk to Ken in the introduction which is uploaded before the game release. And he says something like "Thats so exciting Tommy, like in old days" to CJ and then CJ says "Who the fuck is Tommy?" in The Meat Business mission which appears in game with that dialogue.
