What makes Kent different from other guitarist is his ability to preserve the detailed texture of the both the instrumental and voice parts from the original, the dips and increase in amplitude, the softness and hardness of each note, even the knocks and palm taps, always comparable to the original. I commend the level of respect he has for the original song and artist. Just insane talent.

I’ve seen him done fingerstyle covers with unnecessary flicks that losses the originality of the song though. Not a fan of his work but I gave this one a chance and I’d say this is good.

There was always something about this song that made my soul soar and hearing this "intrumental" version gives me that same otherwordly or "travelling away" feeling. It says a lot about your playing, Kent. It is impressive enough for someone to emotionally connect to a song in a vocal performance such that it carries away the listener. But pulling it off in this way, capturing all the carefully crafted nuance of the entire track in a single performance and eliciting that same emotional response from others? Well, it is simply virtuoso, but with spot on ebb and flow that cannot be taught. You might as well have captured lightning in a bottle. Thank you for the passion and drive that it takes to achieve this level of mastery and ESPECIALLY for sharing your gift as it was no doubt meant to be shared. It makes the world a better place and there is no higher calling.
