Thank you 🙏🏾 Since they were young I insisted they help in the kitchen. First it was just helping to clean or cleanup while I cook . Then they graduated to “assistant chefs” 😅 cutting things up and now they are pretty good cooks as well! I tell them women like men who can cook 1. If you can cook you will never be hungry or have to rely on restaurants . Save money and eat better.

Miriam has the most hilarious expressions the older she gets..The dinner looks delicious especially the fried chicken, curry goat, mac n cheese and cake. Wish i could have been there ..😊 Nice to see your children love to cook, great to be self sufficient especially in college.

Merry Christmas Habiba and family. Your now a pro film maker! That jollof is Mouth waterering. I bet it was delicious. Since you asked My tip would be to barbecue/smoke the red peppers before blending to get that smokes taste. I also use a little curry in the frying tomatoe onion mix. And finally I add some salted butter at the end of cooking and cover with foil or greaseproof paper. By the way I’me sending you a link (fb or IG) about the Fashion festival that happened in Lagos the other day.. 🎄👏💃🏿🇯🇲🇳🇬🇹🇹

Thank you for the tips ! Yes I also add curry powder to the tomato, pepper , onion mix but I have never tried smoking or barbecuing the peppers 🌶 first - good point ! 😀 butter at the end sounds great as well.
