Kentucky District Court Halts Biden Administration’s Radical Title IX Rule Changes

A district court in Kentucky temporarily halted the Biden administration’s reckless and illegal Title IX rule changes. Learn more: adflegal.org/press-release/se...
The administration adopted changes that redefined “sex” in Title IX to include gender identity, threatening privacy, safety, and fairness for women and girls. Attorneys general from Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Virginia, and West Virginia filed a lawsuit challenging the radical changes.
After the lawsuit was filed, Alliance Defending Freedom attorneys intervened on behalf of Adaleia Cross, a female track athlete from West Virginia who was forced to compete against and lost opportunities to a male athlete. She also endured sexual harassment from this male athlete in the locker room and on the way to practice.
Thankfully, a district court in Kentucky halted the Biden administration's radical redefinition of “sex” in Title IX from going into effect in these states while the lawsuit proceeds.

I'm against Title IX in principle because the law hurts young men. Also I agree genders should be separate, but for me that includes protecting male sports and organizations(like the former Boy Scouts) from being infiltrated and ruined by females.
