Making bread at home is so easy and yet so satisfying. Using a bread machine takes all the hard work out of the task.
Recipe.
600 grams of Flour (wholemeal or brown)
4 table spoons of dried milk powder
2 teaspoons of sugar
1.5 teaspoons of dried yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
400 ml of water
Mix it all together and knead it until it has an elastic consistency. Let it sit for an hour to rise and place into a load tin or similar sized oven proof dish. Shape is not important.
Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F 207°C for between 25 - 45 minutes. Keep an eye on it after 20 minutes.
You can tell when it is baked when you can flick the surface and you get a hollow sound.
If you take it out early and the crust is done but it is not so well cooked in the middle. Pop it back in the oven for another period of time until it is cooked throughout.
You can let it rest for 10 - 15 minutes and then eat it. Enjoy.
We use a Kenwood BM260 bread maker and it works perfectly every time. It's given us years of reliable service.
Baking bread is probably one of the oldest forms of cooking known.
Every country in the world have their own wide variety and forms of bread. We have used the bread maker to make all sorts of breads including brioche, baguettes and Pizza bases.
I have tried many breads on my travels but none compare to freshly baked bread in your own home. The smell of freshly made bread is one of the great simple joys of life.
If you liked this video let me know in the comments and I'll make some other types of bread from around the world.

It's a no brainer really. I made some pizza dough last night from scratch. Took an hour of hard work kneading the dough. I could have put it in the breadmaker but forgot it could do that lol Dooh!

molometer I recently purchased Adobe Creative Cloud so I could learn Adobe After Effects. In the process I learned how to create intro videos using third party templates super high quality. Lower thirds and much more. I wanna share with you my secrets I know it will help out your channel. I also learned a little of Adobe Premiere. Highly recommended tools.

Interesting. I've been teaching Adobe products for years and use them occasionally. I had Adobe cloud when it first came out but found it quite expensive as I didn't use the products much. I do use Photoshop still.

Sweet! So you'll easily be able to use the Adobe After Effects templates and presets I been messing with. Check out the VideoHive site. It's a .net and once there try out their Adobe After Effects filter via the search there. I'm not sure if you ever tried that site but it's awesome. If you'd like to see a sample of a cool intro/outro and lower thirds I used. Try my wife's channel Sayangourmet. I threw up a recent video on it and used a super cool one to rebrand her KZbin channel. I'm sure over time her channel will takeoff due to that upgrade. Hopefully you can find something there to help your channel out on VideoHive. They have tons of neat effects.

FPC-Virtual hi Mike. I had a pop over to your wife's channel. Super cool videos and the branding is nice. I'll have another longer look around later.
