Thanks for the video! I had the same problem. And by tightening the screw nothing really changes. After 1 day researching I could not find any solution. But for all the people having the same issue here is the solution: 1. unscrew the button part of the stand 2. unscrew the plastic shield between the motherboard and the cables (only 2 screws there) 3. you will see the button part of the mixer‘s „head“, which connects the head with the stand. 4. there are 4 screws which get losen by the time and need to be tighten. 5. For doing that you need only a screwdriver. Note that you must unlock the head to reach all the screws. By unlocking I mean locking/unlocking the mixer‘s head just like when you want to remove the bowl. NOT opening it! In total it takes 5 Mins to do it. Good luck!

Где ж ты был все эти годы! Сегодня мой Kmix умер ,14 лет служил верой и правдой ,и всегда ходил ходуном как на видео ,ах если б я знала что можно подкрутить винтик.очень полезное видео ,спасибо!

Это недочёт компании Kenwood, что не афишируют такие тонкости настройки! Пользователи, столкнувшись с подобным, как бараны идут писать гневные и негативные комментарии/отзывы. Нужна обычная и краткая листовка (помимо инструкции), с дисклеймером ОГРОМНЫМИ буквами, о важных аспектах и чем чревато их несоблюдение.
