Way too much speed for a dough, they recommend max lvl 1 speed for stiff doughs, there's a user manual explaining the recommended usage for every task in the kenwood web max weight, recommended times and some tips

I am not sure I have a link to the kemwood titanium 8300,I am in the UK though so if I were to purchase this I would look at several outlets here both locally and online but since you are in Nigeria I'm sorry I wont know how to and whether shipping is even possible.. perhaps you may find one on Amazon but I'm not sure.. Good to see you Gladys ❤ I've been mia. Hope you're well. I can't imagine ever changing in my kitchen aide for a different mixer 😅 I've only ever used that kind. I relate to everything you said about the mixer, I've had all the same issues with mine. I wonder if that's just a thing with mixers.

Ha .. OK thanks foe the question, yes the kenwood mixers come with different bowls which is either glass or stainless steel so yes the other bowl is okay 👍

Sue, thank you! The aim was to help bring some valuable information on this mixer and even after such consistent use I love it.. Taking the bowl out can be a pain and I have heard about the glass breaking but nearly two years in and I guess if that happened I'd blame it on wear and tear so I have insured it against that eventuality Goodluck with your purchase,look out for the easter sales,you might get a bargain! X
