Kenwood TS-130SE - Attempting to fix a TX output issue.

I've had this great little radio since high school.
Everything works as it should but the TX output comes and goes. I've tightened down the boards, recapped it, and now trying this.
I'm open to any comments or suggestions on what I should try next.
