In the U.S. all trucks, not just tankers, have to come to a complete stop at railroad crossings if they have placards on their truck. The placards indicate the truck is hauling some type of hazardous material. If the truck doesn't have any placards, the one in this video doesn't. He is not required to stop prior to crossing over the tracks.

@@timothypowell5687 to the best of my knowledge, there’s no requirement to stop for hazmat in Australia regardless of what kind of hazmat it is. Oversize can be a different story though
