Hi Ryan, I'm a Ranger BCO. My '15 T680, needs a chassis harness. I bought the harness, but can't find any dealer with time to install it. I do quite a bit of my own work. How long did it take you to do yours, start to finish?? Thanks!

Hi I have a 2019 frightliner cascadia with 390.000 miles dd15 engine the truck started jerking around 320.000 miles going down the road for 1/2 sec then goes back to normal. I initially had a problem with the camshaft position sensor. Got that changed from the dealer . Ran fine for 3 months then same problem . Changed the camshaft position sensor 3 times but it still jerks sometimes for couple of seconds now. Took it to dealer multiple times they can't find an problem . Since there are no codes. I have a little oil leak from steering fluid reservoir. And while driving with wind it spreads around sometimes where one of the wire plug is you think my engine harness is bad due to oil leak please advise Thank you!

@@truckingandfixing No lights when it jerks but ossasanly the truck does show. Performing engine shutting then I usually press override eng shutdown or take the rpm's higher. And it gives me the green check engine light and after driving for 300to 400 miles the sign goes away happend to me 3 times in last 3 months. One time it happened I took it to local mechanic . He said it showed a code for bad camshaft sensor. But how did the camshaft sensor started working again . He said your harness might be bad but after 2 days he said that he could not find anything wrong with the harness and changed the camshaft sensor. I doubt the he went thru every harness connecter and checked for correct voltage. But frightliner cannot find anything after doing dyno and taking it for test drive for 3 days

Sorry for the long delay. base engine is 485st, with pdi, I am supposed to be at 550. 3.42 gear ratio.

You should've sprayed that whole new harness down with flex seal before you put it on.

I have the same setup. I consider it to be a big Piece of Junk. Run for a week, go to the shop for a week.
