Detroit Diesel Engine turbo actuator valve damaged need replacement

I was losing power when I was climbing the hill, the turbo power was dropping under pressure,the actuator is jumping up and down and losing air out of the gasket.
It was time to change it and we did, I am glad I found the problem. the good news is that you can buy just the actuator valve, yes guys you can, it will cost you less then $300.00 You don't have to buy the turbo to fix the problem. once we did replace the valve we got back the power.
