It's not alot of American men available compared to the abundance of Kenya females looking for a mate. But I guarantee that if you put 1000 American men in a club with 1000 kenyan men that 80% of the kenyan females will be talking to the American men. It's getting worse, police funding was reduced, which is why you also find car stolen on the rise in the UK. But don't fool yourself. When in kenya, you have to take care of your phone - snatching happens when in the car or pickpocketed. Crime is everywhere, but it depends where you located.
