Kenya was wrong for the 100K budget but not wrong for wanted a back end. There are some services where you need back end, its not like doing someone's lashes or nails... imagine the video went to sell millions and Kenya didn't benefit from that - she would have to sue down the line. A good example - Disney offered the original Simba from Lion King a flat fee of $2m and his mother was smart and negotiated for $200k plus residues... he's earned way more than 2M to this day and living off that Lion King money..
