In Uganda, legislation is done purely in English and it's easy to hoodwink the wanaichi and even translation is almost impractical due to the multitudes of languages whereas in Kenya one translation to Kiswahili and everyone is on the same page 🤷. Could be by design btw

I remember my Dad almost clapped me for wanting to join the OTT protests. I was 27 years, living life independently in Bukoto with my soon too be wife (she snitched on me).
