Kenya works with everyone. Russia gave us free grain last December. Ukraine did too. He talks with Netanyahu on the phone (as recent as Feb this year), while the Iranian president (RIP) visited Nairobi 10 months ago. During the US state visit, China approved additional $5.3 billion loan for the SGR to get to Uganda border. But Kenya also discovered lots of coltan, which the constitution classifies as a strategic mineral requiring the government to take charge of the mining rather than give concessions to foreign companies. Kenya refused US request to use the country to intervene in Ethiopia during recent civil war in the north, it also refused US permission to launch drones from Kenyan soil into Somalia. If anyone thinks Ruto can be be anyone's puppet you need to think again. He's playing chess for the benefit of Kenya.

Some credit should be given sure.. BUT It's unwise to get involved in another country's internal affairs.. Yet the CIA convinced him to invade Haiti despite Haitian civil resistance and Kenyan courts deeming it illegal. Now an African nation is going to invade the first free black republic in the western hemisphere on behalf of the former slave country now imperial empire of the USA.. Okaay so Kenyan police and Ruto are being paid by this mission .. but the Haitian police aren't and they fight under paid and under equipped b/c of U.S weapon embargo.. many Haitian police have resigned due to this situation.. the guy is literally assisting the U.S in the destruction of Haiti something the U.S has been trying to do since Haiti earned it's freedom. Ruto has strings the CIA are pulling on. a.k.a puppet. This invasion will damage the legacy of Kenya in the eyes of the decedents of Africa in the western hemisphere. It will also send Kenyans back in caskets while Ruto rubs his hands with $$$....
