Please post a follow up video. I am greatly interested in this rally. This rally is the reason the Impreza WRX exists today! No joke, the Legacy did so well Subaru decided to create a lighter car for competition and that is how the Impreza came to be.

sometimes, going first is good. others, you sweep the gravel away and you find slick spots.. polishing mud means more slippy, but splashing water out of holes means time lost. double edged sword going first is.

The Quattro,the Manta etc belonged to a previous era, the group B era. This video covers the 1990 Safari rally which by then was a group A affair. These were Mules compared to the group B thoroughbreds.
