What I believe…I believe he had the virus and was diagnosed while at the hospital being treated for that incident that happened. That’s when he found out. I believe the hospital took it upon themselves to try an experimental procedure on him, without his approval or knowledge, that obviously didn’t work and made things drastically worse. You have to remember that he was at one of the most prestigious hospitals in LA where all the people with money go. And you must know, hospital staff and higher ups have daily meetings regarding who, what, and how things are going to be handled daily. And they don’t have to divulge any info regarding those meetings. Now the only ‘conspiracy’ would be them not having any problem testing out this new medicine or procedure on one of the most influential and wealthy ‘Black’ Men in entertainment at the time. History shows how They do powerful and important men of color.

The weight loss from being sick can happen rapidly in just a matter of months or you can see it happen gradually over time. The last 2 years of his life you can see a noticeable weight loss… it’s why he started wearing the baggy long sleeved shirts and jackets all the time. There are some pictures on the internet that show him in 1991-93 and you can see a very noticeable difference in his weight. There aren’t very many photos taken after 1993 that show him with short sleeves. A misconception people have about the disease is that they think people need to look all sick looking but the fact of the matter is a lot of people look completely normal and don’t have the rapid weight loss until the last year or so when the onset of AIDS actually start to deteriorate you. I think he probably contracted HIV sometime in the mid 80’s… I also think he probably knew something was up around 1993 because that when he started to hide the weight loss.
