The idea behind the project is viable, but the actual financial proposal amount to robbery without violence. Nobody l makes an IRR of 18% on infrastructure projects. Adani and co must not be allowed to rob our country. Let the project be competitively bid for . The same objective can be achieved at a fraction of the cost.This is not PPP but PPR ( public private robbery)

The Nairobi Expressway is a completely new asset, JKIA is an already existing asset that makes money. It cannot be compared in the same way. Adani makes money the minute they acquire JKIA, so we must see the terms of the deal as this is as fishy as it gets. Another RVR disaster in the making.
