Three senior counsels accuse Judiciary of corruption

There is definitely a problem in our judicial system. I was to receive judgment of my accident case on 5th of December 2024 from 2020. Can you imagine I was called by my lawyer and told that the file had disappeared from the judges chamber. Am a Kenyan. Am so scared and worried at the same time. Where do I seek help? Will I ever receive justice in this country? How can a file just disappear like that? Please anyone who can assist me, help

Corruption in our Judiciary especially commercial Division of the High Court at Milimani stink to high heaven! There are certain Judges who have become notorious with taking bribes some of whom have conviniently been transferred after mounting complaints of their misconduct. We should have lifestyle audit of these judges!!!
