Actually its saves a lot of money, energy and time. 1. There's no wage bill for having waiters. 2. There's no time wastage or constraints. 3. There's no physical or psychological issues to deal with. 4. There's no petty theft or employee dissatisfaction etc And that's just a few benefits I can think of right now at the top of my head

It's a great gimmick, but I'd rather deal with a human.

What if its not a gimmick and it actually works. 50 years ago factories employed people to do jobs but as time went by technology provided factories with automated machines that work longer and better than any human could. Here we are in 2024 driving cars and using gadgets like phones and computers that were assembled by machines. Its just the way the world is but I can tell you right now that you sound like dinosaur stuck in the past if this makes you uncomfortable then stop driving your car or using any PSV and go back to riding a horse or walking😂 time moves forward and it waits for no one

@itsTheTruthTeller Interesting point, but there’s a difference between efficiency in factories and human interaction in services. Technology is amazing, but it’s not always about what *can* be done-sometimes it’s about what *should* be done. Just because machines can replace people doesn’t mean they always should. There’s something irreplaceable about human connection, especially in hospitality. Progress is great, but let’s not lose what makes us human in the process.

@@nicholassabai7284 in this instance its not bad. Waiters wage bill is high, union issues like strikes, incompetency etc. Having robots that don't give you any of those problems will be beneficial to the business.
