Very very true, a leader always leads and the people follow, there is no way people lead and the leader follows, this is because in a group of people, not everyone can agree to an idea but when they believe in their leader, they easily listen and agree to his ideas. That's how it's. There is no where even if it's a husband and a wife that they can agree all the time to everything but since the husband is the head of the house, he over rules the wife because he is accountable to the whole family, so he has to plan and make decisions that are favourable to the family for its prosperity.
