Kenyans renew calls for justice over British colonial-era torture

The death of Queen Elizabeth II has prompted debate about the royal family and its colonial legacy.
In Kenya, survivors of Britain's abuses suffered in the 1950s, just after Elizabeth became queen, recall the atrocities they endured.

Thanks Al Jazeera for that well balanced, thoroughly researched and impartially presented clip. Maybe i should do a video about the time I was in a bar in Kenya, the only english person, full of locals, including the chief of police and got into apologising for British colonisation and EVERY single person talked about the benefits of it and how they wished it had not ended as the country started to go backwards afterwards!

The Government simply carried on how the british used to rule, dividing us by tribe so they could rule.
